Refund Policy

All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered, on a case-by-case basis, if the canceled space can be filled by another participant who meets the requirements of the course, trip or race.

REFUND POLICY

• More than 60 days prior = Full refund minus any transaction and processing fees

• 60-30 days prior = 50% refund

• Less than 30 days = no refund
